In summer, especially hikers, cycling and biking enthusiasts as well as people looking for relaxation are attracted to our fantastic area around Neukirchen am Großvenediger. Right on our doorstep is the hiking paradise Hohe Tauern National Park. Choose between easy walks over family hiking trails up to a summit tour on the Großvenediger. A special experience is the slide path and the downhill runs with the mountain carts in the vacation arena Wildkogel.

In addition, with 800km of MTB routes, there is everything a biker’s heart desires, from leisurely family routes along the 270-kilometer-long Tauern Cycle Path to roads with little traffic, which are also ideal for e-bikers, to MTB routes (downhill) that demand a lot of stamina. The Pinzgauer Lokalbahn is the perfect cycling companion. Between Krimml and Zell am See you have the possibility to change from bike to train. Likewise, there are opportunities for rafting, canyoning , horseback riding, a high ropes climbing course, archery and much more offers the vacation arena Wildkogel.

Highly recommended is a visit to the Krimml Waterfalls, the largest waterfalls in Central Europe are only about 11km from your accommodation.
