Snowshoeing – the alternative for nature lovers
Guided hikes in the Sulzbach valleys
The winter program in the Wildkogel Arena offers activities such as snow tubing races at floodlight, watching wild animals of the Alps in the wild at a show feeding, as well as guided beautiful tours through the Sulzbach valleys on snowshoes.
Lower Sulzbach Valley
At the entrance of the Untersulzbach valley we start together from the parking lot Einöd. We hike past the Untersulzbach waterfall into the valley and enjoy our rest in the untouched nature of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The way home leads us back through an idyllic forest.
Dürnbach Valley
Comfortably we trudge in the snow and let ourselves be impressed by the magical winter landscape. Our destination is the Steineralm, where we will be spoiled with Pinzgau specialties.
Original Sulzbach valleys
Winter transforms the Upper and Lower Sulzbach Valley at the foot of the Großvenediger with its snow-covered forests and icy watercourses into a fairytale landscape. During this snowshoe hike you will learn interesting facts about the Sulzbach valleys.
